Angie Burne

Social Prescribing Link Worker

Prior to joining Kingston PCN in September 2024, Angie has previously worked in the same role based at Elmbridge Borough Council.

Angie has also volunteered as an Age UK befriender & noticed that some people she contacted in her befriending role needed other support outside of her remit. So, when the opportunity came along to join Kingston PCN, it was the right time to rejoin as a Social Prescriber again.

Angie has worked with a various cohort of patients from different backgrounds, cultures & walks of life. All of whom are dealt with respectfully & in a holistic manner.

Angie enjoys a work life balance through walking her dog, gardening, Zumba & spending time with family and friends.

In this Social Prescribing role, Angie is looking forward to making connections with the network of local community support services in Kingston.
